By using TrackMyTreat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
TrackMyTreat provides tools for treat vendors to publish live location while open, and for customers to discover those vendors. Features may change during the pilot.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
Vendors
- You may only broadcast location for a business you operate and only while actually serving customers.
- You grant us a license to host and display the profile content you upload (photos, menu, descriptions) to operate the service.
- You are responsible for food safety, permits, and customer transactions — TrackMyTreat is a discovery layer, not a payment or order platform.
User content
Reviews and reports must be truthful and lawful. Do not post harassment, spam, or illegal content. We may remove content and take moderation action.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the API; do not impersonate others; do not use the service to stalk or harass.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Live pins depend on vendor devices and network conditions; locations may be inaccurate or stale. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackMyTreat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from vendor–customer interactions off-platform.
